I would judge an aggregator by crawlable model pages, page speed, accurate online status, useful geo and niche filters, API uptime, mobile UX and affiliate attribution. High traffic alone is not enough if the click cannot be routed to the right live model.Need custom or licensed content? PhotoVideoContent.com

Do you have bigger cam aggregator site(s)? Is it worth investing time/money atm for building one?Comment

One of mine is luxurycamgirls.com launched fairly recently, so still early days.
The hard part with a cam aggregator isn't traffic, it's getting the model pages indexed at all. Google looks at a model page name, thumbnail, an embed, a handful of tags pulled straight from the feed and files it as thin. Thousands of near-identical URLs across hundreds of sites all rendering the same API. Most of them sit in "Discovered – currently not indexed" forever and never get a chance to rank.
The only two things I've seen actually move the needle: real authority on the domain, and data on the page that doesn't exist on the other 200 sites pulling the same feed. Online history, schedule patterns, price changes over time, your own categorisation, your own screenshots. Anything that makes the page yours instead of a re-render of somebody else's feed.
Even then it's not a guaranteed win you're up against a page type Google is actively sceptical of. But it's the only approach I've found that works often enough to be worth the effort.👍 1Comment

The problem with cam aggregator sites is google can see them as scaled content abuse. Also if you get individual model pages to rank, which is easy if site is new and has a few decent links, is people searching for the models are likely looking for content for that model like images/video, then they see your thin profile page and bounce, start pogo sticking, which sends bad signals to google and can kill your site. Also the top cam keywords are very competitive on google.Comment

This matches what I see from the program side, and it connects with what queke said about scaled content abuse. The duplicate-render problem gets worse every year because the same three or four APIs feed almost every aggregator out there, so Google is looking at the same model, same thumbnail, same tags across hundreds of domains and picking one at best.
Two things worth adding to arsenio's list. First, inventory that isn't in those APIs at all: if the models on your page don't appear on the other 200 sites, the thin-content comparison never happens, because there's nothing to compare against. Non-English-language platforms are usually where that's still possible, and the traffic there is less contested too.
Second, of the signals arsenio listed, online-history data is the strongest, because it compounds. After a few months you have something genuinely unique per model that nobody can scrape retroactively. Worth logging from day one even before you know how you'll display it.
