Humour me: What does the 'Photos' Button do?

At the top of the main forum, and at the top of all the threads - (No doubt this one too) there's a 'Photos' button... I thought perhaps it would show all the photos that appear in the thread or something - But regardless of whether or not the thread contains photos, it always says "No photos found.' - So what is its purpose?

Bonus question - Where is the old checkbox you could use if you didn't want to show sig on a post? It used to always be checked, but if you unchecked it, it wouldn't show your sig on that occasion?

So, long and short of it, it does nothing! Another great new feature and I still can't find how to choose to display my sig on a 'per-post' basis - Guess I'd better ask AI !!!

Regarding the signature...

You can no longer choose to hide your signature on a per-post basis.

In modern versions of vBulletin (vBulletin 5 and 6), the development team completely removed the individual "Show Sig" checkbox from the posting editor. The software now treats signatures as an "all-or-nothing" feature; if you have a signature saved in your profile, it will dynamically display on every single post you make across the forum..

Yup, another improvement! Plus when i post this, it will sit for ages before giving a '504' error. But it will have posted - Meaning if I click again, we get the 2 post nonsense. I'm genuinely wondering if this is some kinda 'miserable-user' setting, but instead of being set individually just for me, its for everyone across the entire forum?

For anyone 'newish' this is what 'Miserable User' did...

In older versions (vBulletin 3 and 4), admins could assign a problem user to the "Miserable User" list. Instead of banning them, the software would intentionally break their browsing experience by:

• Adding random, severe page-loading delays
• Showing frequent, fake "Server Busy" database errors
• Blanking out or failing to submit their posts half the time

The goal was to make them so frustrated that they would voluntarily abandon the forum without realizing the staff was doing it on purpose.
