Tech Peter Steinberger is a cool cat

i've been following the guy since long before he released openclaw and became famous. his personal blog is quite interesting read although he's stopped posting few months ago...

so the guy builds pspdfkit, sells it for 100m EUR and retires in his early thirties. few years go by and then he gets introduced to claude code (early on, during the research preview phase)... what does he do? instead of dismissing it or spreading FUD he's like 'oh, i can build 45 projects simultaneously now and not type any boilerplate? this is awesome!'... comes back from retirement, builds literally 40+ projects one of which has exploded in popularity (openclaw), attended a few podcasts, acquisition / job offers from top tech companies started coming in... he's at openai now and openclaw stays opensource.

is Steinberger the best import from Austria since Arnold?

"my hands are too precious to type code now"

"you can't compete with someone who's in it just for fun"

the guy is a character, i tell ya

Got into an argument with a friend about whether platform quality varies enough to matter. He challenged me to try this one. https://slotcity.ua/ru/slots made me admit I was wrong — the difference in performance and depth compared to my old spot was obvious within minutes. Faster loads, sharper rendering, broader selection. I'd been defending a mediocre experience out of loyalty. Once I switched I realized how much I'd been settling. Had a session where nothing hit for thirty minutes and considered retreating to my old platform out of spite. Pushed through and landed a retrigger-heavy bonus that compounded to 220x. Never went back. In Ukraine the licensing is proper which gives me confidence that outcomes aren't manipulated. The Russian slots page highlights new additions clearly so returning players can immediately see what's fresh rather than hunting through the full catalogue. Sorting by release date is accurate here, which sounds basic but isn't universal.
