I see some adult sites can get listed on many porn listing sites in a short period of time. How did they do it? I've tried to approach porn list webmasters (by email)one by one, but progress is slow, most of them don't even respond to my emails. Is there any secret to doing this?

Do a test - Send an email to one who didn't reply. Have it say:

Hi, contacting you again. I had a budget of 20K to spend on links. Now its down to 15K - Please let me know if you can accommodate me before it is all spent elsewhere. Thanks
