We've shot extensively in Prague and the models are great there. Punctual, look like their pictures, work hard and super nice. I've heard that it's illegal to shoot in Russia so the Russian girls travel to Europe to shoot.
I would recommend only going with one agency no matter which city you shoot in. Most agencies will give you some sort of deal of their end and they can juggle girls schedules.

There are no Agencies in the UK, you will also find that the are no agencies in Moscow as it is illegal to produce pornography there. for Central Europe you will find two main agencies. Brillbabes and as already mention on the Thread Julmodels. Both and base in Budapest and come most of the talent from the UK / EU and Russia, expect you will be asked for references and links to you sites and productions.

Another agency you can try is Nikki's Models based in Prague. If you are going to book Czech model, do it via an agent in the Czech republic, you will find it is cheaper. There are a few other agents that go under the radar in the Czech Republic, that have smaller talent pool and work hard to fill clients requirements.

Be aware many models listed... are, not modelling but available of other services on some of the agency, frustration when you want to book to shoot them.

Rates are by scene.

Solo about €350 that photos and video. if you only require photos, or just video you can negotiate and have two video at that rate.

B/G levels €700 upwards depending on where you shoot and who you shoot. If you are shooting in Budapest rates are higher €1000 but, the girls make sure you have what you need. in Prague then are half way out the door before you have the model release out of your bag. Hence i think with that and the attitude toward work that a lot of the younger Czech girls have, many production are choosing now to shoot in Budapest. Don't get me wrong those few older models in Prague are still great, but there are retiring now.

Avoid models from the Ukraine, they are trouble, princess that charge to much and give you a guilt trip, however Fibi Euro is sound and good fun to work with.

+20% for agency fees and +21% for VAT, if you are not a registered US company.
