Yoti has a digital wallet that the user can share on any site that uses Yoti for AV. It's not necessary to submit full ID verification every time.

Most of the major sites are using Yoti. TeamSkeet, MindGeek, Onlyfans, LoyalFans.

I think there will be 3 major players in the AV market that will be the leaders. Everyone else will not matter.

OnlyFans uses a different verifier too, Ondato, who I have spoken to. There is definitely going to be a need to have multiple verifiers, like payment processor cascades.

Yoti doesn't have a way to test their age solution without using a production ready account. One of my clients had a lot of concerns doing that, and I had issues getting information from them without signing a contract (I just had questions about their public documentation.)

I'd like to support Yoti with my SaaS, but they've made it kind of difficult to do so.

Accurate location data isn't cheap and it's not always reliable, that's one of the biggest challenges imho. I was going to create something for this, but decided against it for now, as it might be too difficult to maintain with every state having different requirements. I haven't looked at the proposed bills or statutes, not sure which ones even exist yet, but I think there's way too much liability to take on something like this. But, who knows, if I do decide to come up with something, I'll share more info for those that may be interested.

Besides my own SaaS, in my signature, I cannot recommend any complete software packages that integrate low cost age verification services. I wouldn't want to besmirch anyone either. However, I can tell you that some services integrate two pieces of open source software, namely face-api.js and tesseract.js. Maybe try looking for "age estimation" instead of "age verification" and that should give you some results, but I would strongly urge you to consider something more robust and risk tolerant.

I am currently working on integrating iDenfy, VerifyMy, and Yoti into my SaaS. My understanding is that all of these will cost somewhere around $0.25-$1.25 per verification. It will likely be minimum-thousands per year. I know that iDenfy only costs on successful identifications, which is nice. I think the others are also following suit.

The free options that I have come across do not appear, from my work on them, to be reliable or effective at risk mitigation. My SaaS may include one but with a big disclaimer. YMMV.

I just emailed a major adult credit card processor just that very fact. There should be one company where people can go to to get an adult verification, then be able to use it on many sites. I would think there would already be a smart person starting that business for all the small time website operators

Someone suggested YOTI (https://assets.applytosupply.digital...01-17-1127.pdf). That could get expensive as that, I suspect, is for site visitors who may not even subscribe. We're also interested in solutions that are workable within a budget
