Just launched a new Japanese novelties website and I wanted to share it with the community to see what you had to say about it.

Our goal is to build a clean, professional platform focused on customers' trust through discreet shipping and payment methods, and through cheaper prices than if you were to order from Japan or the US. Since we have a lot of external connections with manufacturers in Japan, we also have a custom sourcing page. People ask for whatever product they want, we do our research, find it, order it along with a bunch of other products to make it more cost-efficient, and once we receive it, we ship it to the customer, that way, it ends up cheaper for them by skipping the insane DHL fees.

The website is done and published, but we're currently working on ads since exposure is our biggest problem at the time. I'll make another post in just a second where you'll be able to see the banners I've made so far and give your criticism.

Custom sourcing is the interesting part, nothing else in that space does it. Two things I'd want to know as a buyer before ordering: what the package and the card statement actually say, and how long a sourcing request takes end to end. Both on the page, not in an email.
