I did a bunch of research on ad networks, and after a number of rounds of searching any public reviews/discussion I could find I decided to give Adsterra a shot.

Minutes after deploying an update with a simple native banner and social bar on the landing page as a test I immediately started receiving reports of automatic redirections, and fake malware popups. Remove the social bar? reports stop, reporters confirm the behavior has stopped. Add it back in? reports start back up. Remove it again? stopped. Meanwhile Adsterra support is completely denying any involvement.

I've had some bad experiences with similar behavior from JuicyAds and TrafficStars in the past, but that was over 5 years ago so I am open to hearing from people who actively work with them if they have cleaned up their act. Realistically, I think the most relavant ads to show on my site would consist of Toys(Lovense, etc) and ads from Nutaku/Kagura games. As they would be the closest match to my current content.
