Hi all,

I've been building maialine.it this year: a free tube aimed at the Italian audience, with the UI localized in 6 languages (IT/EN/FR/ES/DE/PT, each on its own subdomain).

Around a million videos, mostly embeds like everywhere, organised in 260+ categories and about 16k performer pages. Part of the catalogue plays on our own HLS player (adaptive 480/720/1080) with hover previews. Custom Laravel stack, Cloudflare R2 as CDN.

Two things I'd really like feedback on: the video page (player, related videos, autoplay of the next one) and the category pages.
