To me it seems that there is little true difference between male and female outside of reproduction organs.
I think that most of the other differences seen are developed around gender rules that have been defined by the society.
So really I don't understand why a guy who likes girls would have in operation just to fit into the gender rules. It really doesn't make sense to me either.
