I wasn't planning on affiliates so I can keep the membership price low, then raise it slowly if it looks like I can. I definetely want some sales/retention numbers before I asked any webmasters to sell memberships the site. If the site doesn't convert I'd never be able to get webmasters coming back to try promoting it again.

It is niche...something that surfers are asking me for and noone else is really doing well. I promote a sponsor that does something similar and the sales are decent, but I know I could do it better.

I'm looking into ImageFolio to keep it all automated. It's pretty cheap and heard it works great.

Thanks for the rest of the info, didn't think about getting incorporated, accountans and lawyers, but I guess I should.
