a couple Seattle city cops who my friend worked out with at the gym said the exact same thing.
anyone ever seen a cop just fire one shot once they have decided to use deadly force? nope! just doesnt happen (well ... probably happens in France) but seriously, who wants the headache of a lawsuit because a guy got knee capped?
fuck that shit! all the attorney fees, possible suspension, inquiries, investigations, lots of paperwork. better to just light em' up in a hail of gun fire and let his family pay for the mess
