With the new message system you can set it up so you receive a email whenever there is a new message in the message center for you, to do this log in and click New Messages on top right. Then there is an option to enter an email address. There will be no spam sent to this email, you will just receive a notification that there is a new message waiting for you.
I know it can be. I have only had the need to move 5k once to my bank and I seriously doubt I would get that kind of limit nor see the need for it again any time soon. I do not like recieving sponsor payments via epass (book keepin nightmare), so this was just a private deal.
