I did that back in August with a partner of 4.5 years. I'm extremely happy with the move I made...Anybody that has done it ... especially with a large stakeholder ... especially in this businesss... knows it's not an easy thing to finance or an easy transition to make. Best of luck. I've only met you a couple times but you seem like a great guy... i'm sure it's for the best and will work out very well for you in the long run.
