Topal, I'm a certified machinist... Give me a mill and a lathe with some drawings and I can turn out any sort of weapon you want in a couple of days. And guess what? A mill as well as a lathe WILL fit in a garage.
I've never made a gun, but I have made an awful lot of intricate parts that are alot harder to deal with than a gun. ANY machinist could do it. Whether they are certified or not. So if the guns aren't for sale in a store they will be in car trunks.
We hope they catch these nuts soon too. It's a terrible thing.
