Sounds like there may be a setting in secureCRT that got messed up? That doesnt sound like it could be a pine issue at all.. id poke around in secure CRT's settings and see if something got changed, or screwed up.

Cant be much more help than that, since im not that familiar with secureCRT. I've always used putty because its free, and im cheap;)
