I'd say its someone who consistently makes both interesting and useful posts...some good pics, helpful advice and insight...has good knowledge and experience in the industry - doesn't talk in generalities or make wild assumptions. Someone who's respectful of others opinions, a little self-depricating...not too egostistical (although a little is ok since its often a trait of entrepreneurs and industry-types).
I don't consider longevity on GFY a factor. Clueless idiots have been around for years.
Overall, I'd say a true GFYer is someone who gives you the impression you'd want to meet them IRL based on their online personna.
