Broken promise after broken promise. I think he used my $ to move now he doesnt have it to refund me, which is fine.
You think he woud say "I understand i fucked up on this project so i will give you a $900 credit towards something else you might want designed later on since i was unable to do this for you" but instead i get a "Fuck you, too bad you hired someone else, i am keeping your money and you get nothing."
Dont forget that it was only last week that he promised me "1 more week and its done" YET he knew exactly what was going on and the moving and shit..It was almost deceitful
