DUH??? What "continents" have the same name? There is only one! The US is made up of a bundle of assorted "states" - that is not America!

They both have the name "America" in them but neither is called America by itself. "America" is what Americans (USA) often call their country. If you don't like it, we'll bomb you (or beat you in basketball if you prefer).
