It was a bunch of kids who used to drive around their neighbourhood smacking people on the back of the head as they drove by, like bicyclists, pedestrians, that sort of shit. The kid in this clip just fucked up, that's all. Went to give someone a slapping and found himself getting slapped back by a parked car.
He ended up living through it, although it mashed his face up pretty badly. Knocked out a bunch of teeth and shit. It'd be nicer if it killed him and saved our gene pool from being pissed in once again, but there you go.
