You might consider revising the message at the bottom of your page to more explicitly define the uses of RSS you intend to allow. I did a L/LG/FL/LN indexing search and didn't find a single case where someone was able to sue successfully (or even get an injunction) without a narrowly defined usage statement on their RSS.

It just helps to protect you, AND it helps you get something "back" if you end up having to sue jackass thieves.
