Wow...THANK YOU, Steve!! Not only for this awesome opportunity, but for giving me the chance to work with one of the all-time best companies in this business!! Shannon and yourself have made me feel like a fully integrated part of the 'family' since Day 1 and that is something that's rare and very appreciated....and YES we got some awesome things coming down the wire! I can't wait!!!
