I agree that most people never read the terms, the terms are there for the business owners protection in most cases, yet terms are terms, you do not go into a loan without knowing the terms, there are always terms to something that is free, weather you think so or not there always are...

ok .. so they have to click on a link to have the software installed. But its not just any free trial software ... it costs money right?
And at least for me ... I thini there is a big difference between fine print on adult web sites and loan/bank paperwork. Surfers hit tons of sites daily that all have some kind of fine print. They just don't read them all because ther are so man. However loans don't happen every day and thats why the terms gets looked at more closely. Not the best comparison in my opinion
