Yes. it does state things in the terms but we all know most surfers don't read the fine print. This is just a way of taken advantage of people.

Adam... this is not self installing in any way from our sites, you must click a link that goes to their site, click another link to install, agree to allow the installer to start, then go from there...
I agree that most people never read the terms, the terms are there for the business owners protection in most cases, yet terms are terms, you do not go into a loan without knowing the terms, there are always terms to something that is free, weather you think so or not there always are...
