Ok so what he is saying I can't PROVE you did anything, but since I can't prove you didn't do anything I'll arrest you.

Say what you will about Tennessee people, but law enforcement is just as bad. After all they are from here. I'm not from Tennessee, but I lived in this place long enough to know what kind of dipshits the people are.

I still say the hospital is covering something up.
