It's not enough to just kill them. I think a lot of people should suffer for something like that. Anyone at the hospital involved with them who didn't notice that they might RAPE THEIR NEWBORN (I don't believe one could be even remotely 'normal') needs to do time for it.
Of course there needs to be some proof first. The above info doesn't convince me either way.
