While I have every confidence the above team will be able to make the collective timbers of the industry shiver at will, it is because I know them personally that I have that certainty. There is something to be said, however , for the fact they are from Oz. This is an important contributor to the basic premise of the thread, and may not convey properly in photographs.

This man is a butcher in Sydney. I took the original, in which he was surrounded by the trappings of Butchery. My subsequent photochop (for an un-related thread about 2 weeks ago), as you can ALL attest has done very little to diminish his fiersomeness. If anything, I find this one terrifying, as should you.
