if you ever become a baller and make any money what so ever you will learn thats not the case and almost impossible to keep your inquirys to 3 a year.
and maintaining a 50% balance on all your shit is nearly impossible too. its not even worth the time to pay attention to because of the time frame between the credit card companies reporting to the egencies and your payments fluctuate too often.
