Another one this morning, this time its less than a half mile from my house. Apparently right next to the hooters where Route 1 connects with I-95.

They got all the highways blocked off in Northern VA & they are pulling over white vans & shit. You can't leave my town right now everything is locked down. Schools are closed for god knows how long.

I hope they find this fucker soon, the traffic up here is a mess.
