I don't think you should take down her content.You can't come back yrs. down the road and decide "I don't wanna have my pics on the net anymore". If she can have a escort service then why the hell can't you still use her pics???
If you decide to take down her pics (which I don't think you should do) then she should pay you what you paid her to take the pics.
