An affiliate's rep job is not to flash their tits. They should have some damn knowledge, be courteous, be smart, have customer service skills, actually know about traffic and conversions.

So if they posess all of those skills, and they flash their tits, they are doing a bad job, or not doing their job?
My tits are in several pic from Miami '05, and I don't feel bad about it and no one has ever made me feel less respected for it, and frankly, if someone chose to judge me by those pics instead of what I bring to the collective table, their opinion wouldn't mean so much to me, because if they are judging me on anything other than my skills, they are looking for a reason to dislike or disrespect me, IMO. Of couse, I did start out with an amateur site very shortly after my initial foray into adult webmastering, but still, even being in a niche that is highly badmouthed here on GFY, no one whose opinion I care about has ever dissed me for breaking the boobs out in a social, fun, atmosphere. (By opinions I care about, I mean pretty much anyone other than those trolls who like to just bash no matter what.)
IF a woman is a good rep, it shouldn't matter if she shows her tits or not.
