No, the case was about obscenity, but it was selected for prosecution because one of the girls in the Max Hardcore movie at issue has a line where she says "I am only 12 and 1/2 years old", and then of course Max blows out her mouth, pussy, and ass with loads of cum big enough to fill the grand canyon.
