Xanex will paralyze the symptoms. However since you don't have any take an aspirin just to be safe. It's more than likely anxiety/panic disorder specially at your age. But get it checked out anyway because heart problems have similar symptoms. Heart problems are not very likely though, and the fear of heart problems is another symptom of classic anxiety so don't stress it too much! It's likely classic panic disorder.
Xanax or Valium typically rids you of the symptoms of a panic attack. So does just plain time if you can calm down and not think about it. Walk away from the computer and find something else to do. Exercise every day helps.

Aspirin helps too. If it was heart related, the aspirin can act as a blood thinner. An aspirin a day might be smart. Ask your doctor next time you go.
