when I quit smoking I felt that way too... Not to say thats what it is... but could just be having you on edge a bit... I quit in the summer and the air was pretty dry and I used a humidifier for awhile too... Not sure if thats what my sore throat was or if that was quitting smoking... I had a lot of acid refux too at first too which could have been it... dunno.

If its overly bothersome then it wont hurt to see a dr for sure... Even just a quick "doc in the box" walk in type place... theyll check your throat and maybe give you something to ease the edge while your quitting....

Just my 2 cents... good luck man... Chill and dont keep thinking about it all... And like all others here, we're not doctors so a quick visit wouldnt hurt. Could be something like allergies or something too (tis that season here )
