He buys me stuff too a lot, like treats me out for small things, but he's broke so I end up paying for a lot of stuff...

Not all girls are gold diggers. I make more than him so I have no reason to gold dig or ask him to ever buy anything for me.

We dont have a joint bank account but separate, we live together though.

Basically he has no money, so if we had a joint account it would just me giving him full access to my bank account which I am not gonna do.
