If at any time the company had come forward and tried to work with us and tried to pay us more and help make our jobs easier I might still be there. But after taking it for so long I finally had enough and decided to do my own thing. Right now I am really struggling but I know it will pay off, because I am trying to do something that is my own and I would rather try that and fail than stay somewhere that makes me miserable and unhappy.
If I ever get to the point where I have people working for me I will definitely make it a fun and inclusive place to work. I think that only helps to build productivity and a love for someone's job. Great post Trey...

gotta respect that. taking a risk like that isnt easy. I know first hand. i also know with risk comes reward... be patient and work for it. dont expect shit from anyone. you gotta do it yourslf and if someone offers to help, then thank them.... the only mother fucker on earth that cars about your success is you.
