Don't think it will be that big. For example:
In America: a woman who smoked all her life and gets lungcancer gets 28 milliard dollar by sueing Philip Morris.
In the Netherlands: some guys who have been in jail for 7 years and appear to be not guilty, get les than 1 million (each) as compensation...
