Hell no! This is a fucking bargain, and the buyer will definitely be rewarded once traffic gets built up. At least $2350 invested in scripts that run the site. At least another 5K invested in high quality custom programming. Not to mention the labor invested in building up one of the largest and cleanest adult sponsor databases on the internet.
