And Airek...The healthcare is the US standard around here..In other parts, it isn't..But if you live near either San Juan, Mayaguez, or Ponce, you're good..You won't have to fly back to the states if you get really sick.
But if you don't have kids with a mean ex-wife, you should move to Costa Rica..That was my second or third choice.
