I don't have a six pack anymore, but I am getting back into that kind of shape. I do about 200 situps with every work out, which includes weights. I go about 6 times a week, 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hour.
I also do lower carbs, smaller meals more often (5 to 6 times a day). My problem right now is getting the lower abs to show. But that is the issue for a lot of people!
I used to do a ton more cardio, playing ball, etc. But since my acl tear, I can't play basketball so I am lifting weights again. Funny, the weights burn more calories than the 2 hour basketball and surfing sessions do. I am already in way better shape and look a lot better.
