appreciate hearing that you had some clients that had some bad experiences there...

as for 'needing' a lot of support I generally don't fall into that category...I've had this one old colo box for 6+ years that's in need of replacement and I'm just looking around at some cheap dedicated options to move it's contents over to...in that 6 years I think I've needed to call that host maybe a dozen times tops...
