Ok, so I placed an order with Newegg.com on May 3rd using my Epassporte Virtual Visa. They denied my card, but money was taken out of my Epassporte account. I have been on the phone back and forth between Newegg and Epassporte many times since then. Epassporte said I had to have Newegg send a fax and after about a week they finally did. Now Epassporte first said it would take 72 hours in business days before they would get the fax. That was yesterday. I called them yesterday and they said I would have the money back in my account within 24 hours. That didn't happen, so I just called them and they said it would take 7-10 business days! WTF. I wonder if I'll ever get it back. I have read all the complaints about Epassporte on this forum before, but this is the first time I have actually had a major problem with them.
