if it would be so simple everyone would have done it until now ;). The script I am going to make just will take the marks for each characteristic and based on those marks will generate the review. This way the review actually will reflect the quality of the site.
I will get written the pieces of text accordingly because you need to take in acount the niche the site is in and so on. Different niches need different texts.
Basically you will have a collection of pieces of text that will generate the review using a pseudorandom alghorithm. I estimate that with a collection of texts tyou can generate like 10^12 unique reviews (more than the total no of sites currently on the internet).
