Pleasurepays

There are a number of reasons Webby isn't telling us as to why he wants to create a climate in which it will be assumed that our achievements reflect not individual worth, talent, or skill, but special consideration. In this letter, I will expose those reasons one-by-one, on the principle that his modes of thought will have consequences -- very serious consequences. And we ought to begin doing something about that. He says that arriving at a true state of comprehension is too difficult and/or time-consuming. But then he turns around and says that he is beyond reproach. You know, you can't have it both ways, Webby. As amazing as it seems, he has no moral qualities whatsoever. To cap that off, only the impartial and unimpassioned mind will even consider that he spouts a lot of numbers whenever he wants to make a point. He then subjectively interprets those numbers to support his ploys while ignoring the fact that for his own sake, he should not play on people's conscious and unconscious belief structures. Sad, but true. And it'll only get worse if he finds a way to exercise control through indirect coercion or through psychological pressure or manipulation. A final word: Webby is so intolerantly devoted to his own prejudices that his perception of reality is totally warped.
