What I am mainly annoyed at is that DMOZ could have huge potential as something actually relevant, but somehow manages to fill itself with idiots who in turn fill the listings with useless, spammy and dead links, while setting up ridiculous rules which often keep out exactly those legitimate sites which would be useful for the surfers.
