Don't use DHL either!

They 'tried' to deliver a package to my old address which was a brand new house, in a brand new neighborhood, in an area that was rapidly growing and expanding. When they couldn't find it on an old map they had, they returned it to sender ~ and they did this twice! Even with my phone number printed on the address sticker!

I had to call their 800 number and TELL them to call the post office, Fed Ex, or UPS if they wanted to know how to get to my house, or I'd be happy to give the driver directions. Package showed up a few days later with directions scribbled on the box.

I was not impressed at their total lack of initiative. I would have to strongly reccomend against anyone taking the risks involved with using DHL.
