Show me any sort of law aside from the standard obscenity prosecution that makes a bestiality website illegal in this country. Esp on a federal level.
People have disliked beast from day one in this industry. Yet you would be shocked how many people from this board have their hands in it before the Burger smackdown came. Its the adult webmaster dirty little secret.
I know of a handful of people off this board who have either dealt or deal in bestiality. You would be quite surprised.

I actually do not know of a specific law banning a beastiality "web site", federal or state, and I am not going to do any research on the matter. You may be correct that a specific law concerning a beastiality "web site", other than a general obscenity law, does not exist, though I suspect that it does. And no, I would not be surprised, for I quit being surprised by what anyone in this business does, a long time ago. At least I think I can't be surprised, I am not 100% positive about this.
