Play your cards right and the guy may be buying you a NEW car to go with your NEW radio.

this isn't legal advice but make sure to collect all the "data/files" you need before you alert him that you've discovered what he's done. don't give him a headstart to remove it and deny everything. if you haven't talked to a lawyer yet, take some screenshots and record his site with a videocam. literally point your videocam at his website using your work and make sure you have a good copy of all the evidence you need. the longer and more detailed the better with all the necessary audio you need. also try to get other people you know (family, local friends) to view site in the meantime so you have witnesses that can corroborate your story. good luck. when we did this we held us the daily newspaper and visited a few large sites to get a datestamp for our video to prove when the infraction occured. we were told we collected too much data, but also that too much is better than not enough.
