Believe me - if you think Caracas is a shit hole - there is a LOT worse!!!
Venezuela as a country is an amazing place and probably going to end up prime real estate territory when Chavez departs - especially along the coastline.
Na.. don't like city crap and stay out of em as much as possible and live in Costa Rica.
