Keep in mind, I'll also entertain creative offers of cash + equity, % of revenue ongoing, etc. We've struck many deals like this in mainstream where we get cash upfront, usually 10%-25% equity, and between 3%-$15% of all revenue ongoing, with a guarantee that our stake will be worth $X within 2-3 years or we are paid the difference. If the company goes belly-up, we get the domain back.
